At 9 A.M. on 7th May, Anqing Foreign Language School convened the interpretation conference in regard to the ‘Fast Track to Universities in California, USA’ program. Director Xu Zuitai with Anqing Foreign Language School’s International Department chaired the conference.
In the first place, Director Xu Zuitai presented the teaching advantages of University of California, California Community College and Grand Canyon University.
In the second place, Director Xu Zuitai elaborated on Anqing Foreign Language School’s ‘Fast Track to Universities in California, US A’ program and introduced in details the guiding ideology, training target, curriculum design, school-running patterns, collaborative advantages, enrollment plans in addition to the enrollment system.
In the third place, Anqing Foreign Language School’s foreign teachers Vincent and Lisa from the study-abroad class made keynote speeches in which they recommended the University of California and shared their respective college experiences as well.
In the fourth place, four students from the study-abroad class successively introduced the curriculum design, class culture and English featured activities in the study-abroad class in fluent English.
In the fifth place, Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli summarized that overseas studying was a precious experience, which would elevate children ’s comprehensive abilities, cultivate their international mode of thinking and enable them to be international-oriented talents in the future.
To sum up, not only did this interpretation conference provide the relevant policies, general provisions and requirements for parents and students who intend to study abroad, but also set forth the concept of international education, reflected Anqing Foreign Language School’s characteristic school-running in international education in Senior High Section as well as the unique features and tremendous strength in the internationally cooperative school-running form.
